EZUltrasound.com processes orders 5 days a week. Please allow 24 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. All orders over $100 within the 50 U.S. will qualify for FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail. U.S. territories, such as Puerto Rico and Guam, are not eligible for free shipping at this time.
We offer customers both standard and expedited shipping services during checkout. The following shipping methods are available: USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. If you need an item delivered overnight or next day, please call us to place your order at 1-888-772-4047.
All items ship from our warehouse in Mobridge, SD 57601. USPS Priority Mail shipments should arrive within 2-3 business days and USPS Express Mail within 1 day (overnight).
All items are shipped with a verified USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS delivers packages Monday-Saturday, excluding major national holidays.
International shoppers are welcome to place orders at EZUltrasound.com. We ship our products worldwide!
Shipping charges for international orders can be calculated on our website during checkout. Due to customer complaints of outrageous handling and brokerage fees charged by UPS, we now only use the USPS as our international shipping carrier. Please allow for a 24 hour processing time.
International customers may choose between the following shipping methods: USPS Priority Mail International (1-3 weeks) and USPS Express Mail International (4-6 business days).
Please be aware that international orders are occasionally delayed at Customs and can be more likely lost in transit. We can not take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages that are not insured or for any additional taxes and duty fees charged upon delivery.
EZUltrasound.com is required by law to charge 6% sales tax on all orders to Idaho residents.
On very rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. If this occurs and you order is going to backordered, we will temporarily place your order on hold and notify you immediately via email or phone of the delay to confirm whether you would like to wait for the item or be refunded. At EZUltrasound.com, we have a great relationship with our suppliers and are usually able to get your products very quickly.
Order Status & Tracking:
All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking. Please create an account so you can log in and view your order history and tracking information of shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant tracking information. You can always email sales@EZUltrasound.com or call us at 1-888-772-4047 to verify your orders status and tracking as well.
Damaged & Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damage or is incorrect. Please notify us immediately, via email or phone, so that we may resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided and your package is returned to us, you may choose to have the order re-sent or refunded. If you elect to have the order re-shipped, to the correct address, you will be charged for shipping.
